VOLUNTEERS
Suideroord’s staff is strengthened with volunteers who, at no charge, make their skills and time available as follows.

Visit the lonely elderly residents in their rooms

Youth from schools with "Adopt a Granny" project and help with fundraisers

LOCAL SUPPORT

Private Occupational Therapist advises staff on individual cases and regularly offers dementia training

2 Volunteers run a tuck shop with basic toiletries, sweets and fresh fruit
